The Quincy Music Theatre offers a positive cultural environment. Individuals working together as a team create something of beauty for our community. A word of caution though... QMT volunteers often develop friends for life!

Here are a few of our frequently asked volunteer questions:  

• Do I need special skills to be a theatre volunteer? Absolutely NOT! We welcome everyone experienced or not and provide an instructional and non-threatening environment for developing new skills and talents!

• I'm very busy. Can I just perform on stage without undertaking additional duties? Sure! Actors are a vital part of our volunteer base. If you find that you have a little time later, we hope you'll lend us your offstage talents!

• I'm scared of the limelight! Can you use me elsewhere? Yes! Backstage and technical crews are essential to every production and are always in great demand! No experience is necessary!
